Here are the most ugly and hideous-looking clothing trends. Some of that garments retail over $1,000! But they still remain ugly. Would you wear something with no style at all just because it is expensive? This video will help you to avoid some big mistakes in your wardrobe.

Such videos are always popular. This one has 90,000 views, and it’s been only available for less than 24 hours.

Okay, so today, I was online shopping or essentially just looking at really expensive clothes that I would never buy, even if I did have the money. I saw some really nice clothes that were, like, an entire house payment. Then, I saw some that were terrible, terrible, terrible, terrible. Absolutely awful, hideous, atrocious, thrown-together, ugly, repulsive-looking clothes – just an eyesore. Lord, they were really, really bad. And it sort of just shows, as long as something has a high price tag on it, people will still wear to show how much money they have, even if they look amiss.

#1 Double shirt

Now, I just want you to take this and just look at it. First of all, who in their right mind would wear this?! It looks like two basic ugly dad's shirts sewn together, like you could literally make this shirt at home. A long-sleeved plaid shirt sewn to a basic blue t-shirt. Now, I just want you to attempt to guess the price… It retails for a whopping $1,290. That's ridiculous! That's a whole car payment. That's rent. I don't know what my reaction would be if I saw someone in person wearing this.

#2 Another double shirt

We have another double shirt. Both seem to be blue with different shades of blue, of course. Still being hideous either way. It's like I can slightly, slightly see where they were trying to go with this – just squint your eyes but then BOOM! open them back up, and it looks like some kid is experimenting with their creativity, just making stuff for fun. This one is more hideous than the first one, I think. And this shirt is retailing at $1,490. That's insane! I wonder if people actually buy these. Like, they look at these and put an outfit together in the head. I can't even imagine the rich bourgeois people wearing this, to be honest. I can't imagine anyone wearing this. So, on a scale from 1 to 10 (10 being the worst), I'll get the double shirts trend a whole full 100.

#3 Soft pants

Next we have what they like to call “soft pants”, which are literally “pajama pants”. You can't tell me those aren't pajama pants. I feel like I had a pair of those as a kid and, in fact, they look like they are made out of the same materials as boxers. Of course, they're plaid, they just look like something you would wear to bed. They retail for $695. Just go to Target and save your money. If I ever paid that much money for something like this, it better not shrink when I washed it, they better last 50 years and be made out of the best filling material in the world. Period.

#4 Balenciaga shoes

Now, these shoes I've been seeing, everyone posts them, and I've even talked to people considering purchasing them. And these are the shoes that people got and still do get believe for having. These are Sketchers ($65) – and you can't tell me any different, they are identical to Sketchers. And retail for $895. If you actually purchased these and have talked about other people's shoes, you have no room to talk. You don’t have room to talk in the first place, but especially not now. I don't even think they are ugly necessarily but, come on now. They look distress – which, I guess, that's the aesthetic. But they look very minimal, as every other run of the line shoe.

#5 Distressed shorts

This trend I've seen some people pull off, which are distressed shorts. They aren't high on retailing – only retailing for $100. I like some distressed jeans but these shorts in particularly aren't appealing to the eye.

#6 Clear clothing

OK, so now, on to clear clothing, which have been a big topic since they first started making waves. Now, I actually like the clear mom jeans. I just think they look so fresh and clean cut but, besides that, the all clear plastic jeans… What happens when you get hot and sweaty and greasy? They'll just look a mess. And you can't tell me that sitting in plastic is comfortable. But I've seen some people pull this look off as well, but you have to be really fashionable to make it work.
