There is a secret unique item in God of War that you can unlock by a very unusual puzzle. So, I want to show you that in this video. I'm talking about the Forbidden Grip Of The Ages, a legendary Expo mode that will add a purple wave to your lost attack in the R-1 combo. So, he had multiple enemies and also pushed them away. It's pretty strong.
The stats are really nice as well, it increases all your stats by a small number, being 12 for strength and 10 for the rest, if you fully upgraded to level 5. So, yes, there are better pummels in the game but the awesome unique effects and how it looks, it still make it worth your while.

And what they found out is that the story is about the two dwarfs and why they broke up because they both lost a treasure that they were looking for and blamed each other. So, all read it, as supposed by skip 1 EBR. They drew the path of both the brothers and interesting enough is that they both ended up at the Muscle Hime Tower.
So, let's go there in the game as well. And you can’t simply go to the docks of the Tower immediately. You have to take an alternative routes that you see over here on the map. And I do think that you have to progress in the game in order to go to this location but it can be done before the end. So, try and see if you can go there, otherwise just go back later.
And here, you simply you have to climb up to get to the Tower and kill the Traveler that is on it. And after that, you got to do something very, very weird. So, again, credits to everyone on Reddit for figuring this out but what the text on the cloak map says is that you have to stand inside the Golden Circle and look at the Temple and the braziers to find the reward.
So, there's a whole step-by-step guide and it goes as follows: first, look at the Temple, then to the left brazier, then to the front, then to the right brazier, then to the left brazier, then to the front, then down, then right, and then left. And you will see the Realm Sphere appear. You also hear a gong sounds during these actions so you know that it works. And then at the end, you will hear it as well.
If, for whatever reason, it does not work for you, I recommend that you go out of the door and then inside again to have it reset and try again. I also had to do this multiple times but, in the end, got the Forbidden Grip Of Ages.
