Anyone can cook this food, even those who can’t prepare anything decent and feels uncomfortable in the kitchen. Some of these breakfast ideas are salty, others are sweet, but each and every of them is interesting and tasty.

By the way, such videos are always popular because a lot of people search for some easy food recipes every day. So, make such videos – it’s a win-win for everybody.

Hi, guys. Welcome to today's video. So, as you can tell from the title, today we will be talking about breakfast, which is, in my opinion, the best meal of the day, the most important one, the tastiest one, and I want to help you, guys, make it a little bit healthier and give you, guys, a little bit more ideas if you're kind of just stuck and you don't know what to have for breakfast.

So, we're gonna start off with what has been my current favorite breakfast like go-to breakfast, and I've even had this for lunch a few times, but I call this a breakfast meal.

#1 Avocado toast

I have been so obsessed with avocado toast. It's so easy, it's so quick, it doesn't require a lot of ingredients, it's super healthy for you. Basically, it's a 10 of 10 meal, in my opinion.

The ingredients that you'll need will be:

1 full avocado
some whole grain bread
2 eggs and 1 egg white
you might also need some sea salt.

For this specific video, I actually ran out of sea salt, which I was really sad about, but it would have definitely made the meal a lot tastier. So I do recommend to add a little bit. But if you don't like salt, then, obviously, you don't need to put it on.

So, start off by toasting the bread on the pan with some coconut oil. You can always just use a toaster but I actually don't have one. So I just toss everything on the pen. It does take a little bit longer but I also think that the coconut oil makes it taste a lot better.

In the meantime, I also cut up my avocado. You got to make sure that it's the ripe kind of avocado, the one that you can make smash on the bread and it’s not too hard. I just cut it into little pieces and then, I took it out with a fork and put it on top of the bread.

And on top of the avocado, I fried up 2 eggs and 1 egg white. So, two of my slices have eggs on them, one had one egg white and then, one was just with nothing on. I want to give you, guys, some options because I know not everyone eats eggs. If you guys are vegan, obviously, you don't have the egg. It'll still be really, really good. I think bread and avocado is such a good combination. It doesn't really need any add-ons.

And then, the reason I included the egg white is just to give you, guys, an option. If you did want to keep it on a slightly lighter side and have a little bit less fat, then you could do the egg white instead of the egg.

What makes avocado toast the perfect and a very healthy breakfast is that it has carbs, it has healthy fats, it has proteins, and it will keep you full for longer because it is on the higher side of fats but it's also very healthy fats. So, it is good for you. And if you have a savory tooth in the morning, which – it really depends on what mood I'm in – a lot of the times I'll crave sweet over salty, but lately, I have been craving salty. Then, I think it is like the perfect go-to breakfast.

Next, we're going to move on to you French toast.

#2 French toast

I used to be so obsessed with this breakfast – I probably had it for half a year every single day. Recently, I actually had some and I was reminded of how much I loved it. So I want to share with you, guys, again a super simple recipe.

You just need:

some whole grain bread
2 eggs and 1 egg white
some cinnamon
strawberry jelly
raspberries
some honey.

So starting off, I just cracked the 2 eggs and 1 egg white into a bowl. Then, I added a little bit of cinnamon, mixed it, and dipped 4 slices of bread into the eggs. I threw them on the pan for 2 to 3 minutes on each side. I added a little bit more cinnamon because I do really like the cinnamon taste.

And once that was done, I added some strawberry jelly on top. I sprinkled in some raspberries for a little bit of fruit and crunch. And then I put some honey on top. You can always use maple syrup but I personally really like the taste of honey, so I went with honey, but you, guys, could add some peanut butter to that or some Nutella spread, anything that your heart desires, you can add to it.

#3 Oatmeal

Real idea #3 is some oatmeal. I feel like oatmeal is just a go-to healthy breakfast. When you think of something healthy to have, oatmeal is the first thing you think of, right? At least I do. But a lot of the times, it's so boring and it just, you know, plain oatmeal tastes awful. And I think you can make a taste super, super good. I feel like I have truly perfected oatmeal at this point. I've had it for so many years and I haven't been sick of it yet, so it's a win.

For this recipe you will need:

some quick oats
some almond milk
nuts
white chocolate spread
some granola
coconut flakes
raspberries
honey.

However, if you, guys, don't have almond milk or white chocolate spread, you can use peanut butter, almond butter, the “woman's best protein cream”, some Nutella – if you're not really caring about making it too healthy – anything that you could put into the oatmeal to give it some flavor.

I microwaved my oatmeal with some almond milk for about 2 minutes and then, I added a little bit more than half a serving of the nuts and more white chocolate spread. I absolutely love that spread – it's truly amazing, highly recommend.

On top, I just sprinkled some granola and a little bit of coconut flakes. I think that both of those things give it more crunch. I also added some raspberries and then, I put just a tiny, tiny bit of honey. You don't have to add the honey, if you don't want to. I honestly thinks that there's enough flavor in there without it but I do love honey, I think it makes everything taste better, so I just sprinkled some on top.

It was super quick, like that probably took even less than 10 minutes, like 5 minute tops.

#4 Acai bowl

And that brings us to the 4th and final recipe of this video, which is an acai bowl.

The ingredients that you will need will be:

some acai packets
almond milk
frozen banana
frozen berries
frozen pineapple
some granola
some coconut flakes.

I started off by chopping my banana. It wasn't fully frozen, it was half frozen. Then I added just a tiny, tiny bit amount of almond milk. I blended that together. After that, I added in the acai packet and I blended that together as well. I also added a little bit more almond milk – just because it was getting a little bit too hard to blend it.

Afterwards, I added the frozen berries, as well as the pineapple. It was really hard, once I added the pineapple, to blend it all together. So it did need tiny, tiny bit more almond milk.

It finally turned out so good. On top, I added some granola, as well as some coconut flakes. It tasted incredible. It turned out so good, it looked super aesthetic.

The last recipe took the longest because you get to keep using the blender with each ingredient. But the French toast took a little bit longer because I want to make sure that that egg was actually cooked. But, other than that, all those recipes took under 15 minutes and they were super quick, very easy, even for someone like myself, who cannot cook to save my life. I would highly recommend all of those things.
