The video mobile games Be The One was released on 9 April 2019.
I've always been a very big fan of mobile games. I grew up playing video games, and felt like it was some sort of freedom. And I found joy in it.
Therefore, I'm so happy with the opportunity I got to work with PUBG Mobile. And I also find some certain values that connects me and the game.
The whole "be the one" mentality... It spreads the message that there is a number one in all of us, no matter where we come from.
It's all about unity. That's what the Walker Community is about as well.
To have my own song be integrated in the actual game is absolutely insane.
I would never thought that it would come to this when I started making music back in 2012.
I think it was really fun to work on the track with PUBG Mobile in the back of my mind. I want to create an instrumental that would be memorable enough and also bring something new to the table. So, I'm very happy with how we managed to get "On My Way" to fit so well with the game.
"On My Way" is actually just the beginning. So far, we've been planning to do one more song later this year, I'll also be attending some of the huge events of PUBG Mobile, and we just kicked off the "On My Way"-challenge where I want to include as many of you guys in a video on my YouTube channel, which will also be including Sabrina Carpenter, Farruko and myself.
By having you in the video with me, we'll be able to embrace what PUBG Mobile and myself both stand for, and that is UNITY.
